Artemis Biomedical Communications LLC is a professional health communications and epidemiology practice founded in 2005.
Founder and CEO Allison (Alli) Krug, MPH, is an epidemiologist and author with experience leading and publishing peer-reviewed research projects and population health programs.

Krug has served as lead or senior author on original scientific research published in top peer-reviewed journals, several with Altmetric scores over 13,000.
Given her nuanced views, critical thinking, and comfortable presence speaking live on controversial issues, Ms. Krug has been an invited panelist and podcast guest on science and parenting topics.
During the pandemic, Krug coauthored a May 2021 opinion piece in the Washington Post that was among the first to strongly advocate for children to be able to return to normalcy.
The next year, Krug and Bienen coauthored another piece arguing against college booster mandates in Persuasion. Also in 2022, Krug and Prasad coauthored an argument against the draconian restrictions kids were still under and for the strength of natural immunity in Unherd.​​
